Type and scope of data processing: When you access our website, it is technically necessary to process various data so that error-free communication between your Internet browser (e.g. Firefox or Internet Explorer) and our web server is possible. The following data is automatically collected and logged in a so-called log file:

Date and time of access
The name of the retrieved file
The amount of data sent
A status message as to whether the retrieval was successful
The web address of the referring website (URL)
Browser type and version
Operating system type and version
IP address
Access provider

Purpose: We collect this data exclusively in non-personal form. This is done in order to enable the use of the web pages you have accessed, in particular for the purpose of internal technical processing (connection establishment), system security, technical administration of the system and network infrastructure and for optimizing the Internet offering. As a matter of principle, no personal evaluation takes place. However, we reserve the right to subsequently review the log file if there is a justified suspicion of unlawful use based on concrete indications.

Legal basis: The temporary processing of the data and the log file is carried out for legitimate interest for the above-mentioned purpose in accordance with § 6 number 1 lit. (g) KDG.

Recipients of the data: The data is necessarily forwarded to our hosting provider, where our web server is physically and technically managed: DMT direktmarketingtool.de GmbH, Osterbergweg 2, 93059 Regensburg, Germany.

Storage period and deletion: We store the IP address for the duration of your visit and for up to seven days after it ends. After that, the data is deleted automatically.

Objection or revocation: This data processing is mandatory for the operation of our website. Therefore, there is no possibility to object.

Newsletter

Type and scope of data processing: You have the option to order our newsletter. Please note that in order to send you our newsletter - in addition to providing your first and last name as well as your email address - it is mandatory for us to obtain your consent. When you register for our newsletter, your IP address is stored together with the date and time. In accordance with current legal regulations, we carry out the so-called double "opt-in" procedure when you register. After your registration, you will receive an e-mail with an activation link via the e-mail address you provided, which you must confirm. Only the completion of this two-step procedure (registration and confirmation), activates your email for receiving our newsletter.

Purpose: The specification of your first and last name, your email as well as the storage of your IP address together with date and time is necessary for liability and contractual reasons and is used for a personal address as well as to clarify administrative questions regarding your registration. This is done in order to be able to take legal action against abusive registrations. The specification of your email serves to carry out the double opt-in procedure and only enables us to send you our newsletter.

Legal basis: The processing of the data is based on your consent in accordance with § 6 number 1 lit. (b) KDG.

Storage period and deletion: This data is stored for up to three years after the end of the year in which you unsubscribe from the newsletter.

Cancellation or revocation: You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time without giving reasons via a corresponding link in each newsletter sent and thus also revoke it at any time with effect for the future.
